Job Description
- Cooperate with all departments in providing information.
- Arrange and prepare supporting documents for visa application.
- Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travelers.
- Explore business development and implement training for exceptional service.
- Manage escalations and complex cases with effective problem-solving.
- Present regular reports on sales performance, metrics, and challenges.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- North South University,BRAC University,University of Dhaka,American International University Bangladesh,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
