Job Description
Torayvino BD, the official distributor of a premium Japanese water purifier brand, is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and result-oriented leader for the position of Head of Sales & Marketing.
This role is primarily responsible for developing and aggressively expanding Corporate & Institutional Sales (B2B) across Pharmaceuticals, Garments, Industries, Corporate Offices, Banks, NGOs and other organizations.
While the Head of Sales & Marketing. will oversee Retail and Dealer sales channels, the core focus and performance accountability of this role will be to significantly increase and ensure sustainable growth in Corporate & Institutional Sales.
This position requires strong commercial leadership, deep B2B experience, strategic planning capability and hands-on execution expertise.

Key ResponsibilitiesCore Focus: Corporate & Institutional Sales
- Develop and execute Corporate & Institutional (B2B) sales strategy nationwide
- Build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, admin and procurement departments
- Identify and close bulk sales and project opportunities
- Develop corporate pricing, proposal and volume discount structures
- Create long-term institutional contracts and key accounts
- Achieve aggressive monthly, quarterly and annual Corporate sales targets
Leadership Responsibilities (Retail & Dealer Oversight)
- Supervise and guide Retail & Dealer sales channels
- Strengthen dealer and distribution network
- Ensure alignment of all sales channels with overall revenue goals
- Monitor sales KPIs, forecasting and reporting
- Lead, mentor and build a high-performance sales team
- Oversee marketing strategy in coordination with the marketing team
- Coordinate with Chairman and management for strategic commercial planning
- Banani DOHS, Dhaka (with nationwide business travel)
Experience
- 8 to 15 years
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- MBA preferred
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 34 years
- 10 - 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Minimum 5 years in senior leadership role
- Strong and proven experience in Corporate / Institutional / B2B / Project Sales (Mandatory)
- Experience in FMCG / Electronics / Water Purifier / Industrial Products preferred
- Demonstrated track record of corporate revenue growth and team leadership
- Should have practical experience of knowledge about digital sales & marketing.
